Top ten picks for Halloween viewing part four

2. Martin (1977)
One of George Romero's best films. A very diffrent vampire film. A haunting film and one of the best 70's horror films.

1. Ginger Snaps (2000)
Man I love this film. Well written, cool werewolf story, good characters and it takes place at Halloween.

Top ten picks for Halloween viewing part three

4. The Black Cat (1934 film)
Ultimate Béla Lugosi and Boris Karloff face-off. Wonderful deco sets and devil worship. Can't be beat for great black and white horror thrills.

3. Suspiria (1977)
Considered one of Argento's best films and a classic of the horror film. Has some incredible murder set pieces.

Top ten picks for Halloween viewing part two

7. Black X-mas (2006)
I know a lot of people are tired of all the horror remakes as am I but I liked this one. Has a fun black humor vibe to it.

6. The Fog (1980)
Speaking of remakes, avoid the crap remake of this film. A classic. For me anyway. I always seem to end up watching this one come Halloween time.

5. Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)
My favorite of the Friday films. Jason with that sack on his head. Love it.

Top ten picks for Halloween viewing

10. The Wicker Man (1978)
Not for every one. Give it a chance and you may like it. Besides it's got Christopher Lee and one hell of an ending.

9. The Blair Witch Project (1999)
Now that the phenomena has died it's lost some of it's power. But it still retains alot of it's creepy feel and a good fall atmosphere.

8. Hell Night (1981)
A great little gem from the 80's. With Linda Blair, an old Manor, collage hazings, a deformed killer and bad 80's hair.

Part two coming soon...
